Merry Christmas!!! We had a wonderful Christmas this year. Here we are at Grandma and Grandpa's in our "traditional picture". the kids all got a new sweatshirt from grandma, and a $10 gift card to Smiths to pick out their favorite thing for our food storage. My mom is so fun. Grandpa read his Christmas story- this year it was a story from Elder Groberg's mission. I love to look at all of the kids while grandpa is reading. It's awesome. We missed the Olsen's and the Orton's. We fasted for moisture and then were sad when we got tons of snow, go figure. Any ways. Hope all of your Christmas' were wonderful and you made many memories. Here are a few more pictures of our Christmas. (If someone would come and teach me how to put these things in a cool order you wouldn't have to suffer through looking at a very basic blog.)

Bret had Alan's name and it was so awesome when Bret took Alan outside and had finished his 25' long wrench to go on top of his store. Alan just grabbed Bret and gave him a huge hug- great job Bret. I love it when I can come up with the perfect present!

Our Cruise

My sweet husband surprised me and took me on a cruise to the Mexican Riviera the first week of December. Dennie and a few of his buddies planned this awesome trip. We had a great time and made great memories.
Thanks Den I love you

October 11 we woke up to a lot of snow. Like 6 inches. Luckily they cancelled TD's football game. We had a great time working at Grandpa Bill's. When we got home... Allie got out the yard stick---13 inches...

By 10:00pm we were up to 29 inches and by Sunday Morning 21inches. It is so beautiful It just sits there. The best part is, it has melted off of the roads, so Teacher Sandy shows up for work.

I really need someone to teach me how to move picutres around. Here is Zach with our final measuring. And, it is great snowball making snow .

Here are my pretty red roses. They weren't quite ready for the cold. Not only did we get 21" of snow. Monday morning, it was about 7 whole degrees. Brrrrr.

Yeah Kids!

Go Smyer Kids!
Declo's JV Football team is really great this year. Teague and Zach both play for their dad. Well, Zach only played until Sept 4, when he broke his foot in practice. Teague caught a touchdown 2 weeks ago and Thursday nite he gained 25 yards. Trey is also playing football. His team is horrible. Although they have gained 3 first downs this entire season. But we love to cheer on all of our football players. Allie is playing volleyball on a great team. She is doing excellent, she even scored 7 points Tuesday nite. Yeah kids!!!

We Love to See the Temple
I love to read (or as Jill would say, stalk) Other blogs, so I will try to begin ours. We have had a great summer, here we are in front of the Twin Falls Temple. We were all involved with the Youth Cultural Event. Zach danced and Teague and Dennie sang in the choir. I was in charge of the handcarts for our stake, so we had a great a great time.
